flammulina velutipes

The artwork is a small bronze sculpture of a cluster of winter mushrooms, Flammulina velutipes, rising from a rough, log‑like base, displayed under a clear glass dome. The slender stems curve upward and support overlapping caps, with rich dark patina, bright metallic highlights, and hints of bluish‑green oxidation that evoke damp forest growth. The simple circular wooden base and the enclosing dome give the piece the character of a preserved natural specimen or cabinet‑of‑curiosities object.
