Shipping Policy

1. Scope of Application

These shipping policies apply to all orders placed through our online shop eternal-fungi.art and supplement our General Terms and Conditions.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

Germany
other countries, e.g. EU countries, Switzerland etc.
Shipments to other countries are available upon request.

3. Shipping Carriers

Shipping is handled depending on destination and weight via the following carriers:

DHL / Deutsche Post / UPS / GLS / FedEx etc.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and/or destination and will be displayed separately during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

5. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, shipping occurs within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment.
For custom-made or still-to-be-cast sculptures, delivery times extend accordingly; estimated delivery will be stated in the offer or order confirmation.

Please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes or external factors (e.g. customs clearance, strikes, force majeure).

6. Duties, Taxes and Fees for International Shipping

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are borne by you as the customer. Please check with your local customs or tax authorities prior to ordering.

7. Tracking

Where available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number after dispatch, allowing you to monitor your shipment online.

8. Transport Damage

If goods arrive with visible transport damage, please report this immediately to the carrier and contact us without delay.
Failure to report or contact us does not affect your statutory warranty rights but helps us pursue claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

9. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect/incomplete address, refusal of acceptance or uncollected notification, we reserve the right to charge you for additional shipping costs incurred (e.g. return shipping), provided this is attributable to you.

10. Self-Pickup

Self-pickup is available at my studio Am Thie 12, 31832 Springe, Germany by prior appointment. No shipping costs apply in this case.
